Singapore Bird Series $20 banknotes AUNC in Hougang Avenue 1, Northeast Singapore for sale

A set of 2pcs Singapore Bird Series $20 banknotes in a run is up for sales, these notes are in AUNC in my opinion. Please refer to my scan to judge for yourself as I am not an expert in banknote grading. These notes are superbly well kept and preserved to almost perfect condition considering it is around 30yrs old and is not very commonly available in the market. A piece in this set is having a nice serial number of ?996622?.
