Singapore Banknote Ship Series $100 & $1000 in Hougang Avenue 1, Northeast Singapore for sale

A piece of Ship $100 and $1000 bearing the signatory of Mr. Richard Hu are up for sales, the condition of these notes are GVF to EF in my opinion, please refer to my scan to judge for yourself as I am not an expert in banknote grading, what you see is what you'll get.
 
This note is around 20+ yrs old and is sealed and superbly preserved in plastic covers.
